Being around others who are training hard and pushing themselves is a great way to get motivated to train. We have a variety of gym classes to suit a range of workout styles, making it easy to get fit and active. We currently offer:

Our gym classes are a great way to meet new people and train in a non-competitive environment. Our friendly trainers will make you feel at ease and ensure that everyone is working towards their own goals.

Health Benefits of gym classes

There is no end to the health benefits associated with regular exercise. The physical advantages such as improved strength and fitness will lead to an improved heart and lung capacity. This will reduce your risk of illnesses such as heart disease and type II diabetes. It can also help with weight loss and provide you with the ability to better control your weight.

There are significant psychological benefits too. The release of endorphins once finishing a workout can improve your mood and boost energy levels. Research from the USA has also proved that regular activity can improve your memory and enhance sleep. But the best thing of all is that you’ll have fun training! It’s a time to catch up with friends, unwind and enjoy your workout.

All ages and levels welcome

Don’t worry if it’s been a while since you’ve done any exercise or been to gym classes before. Our dedicated trainers will make sure the workouts cater for all levels. They’ll ensure that everyone understands what to do and can adapt individual exercises making it harder or easier based on individual needs. Everyone will be working at their own pace based on their ability.
